Join the Caroling and Hear the Stories.
Â
The weather might be frightful, but the Lakeshore Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will be warm with our voices in song and stories of the good work our local charities do throughout the year.
To celebrate the season, we will join in a carol sing along and hear from the five local charities that we support through the year with our once monthly Sunday service collections.
Lindsey Petasek, Sara Meier, Lynn Skarvin, and Jennifer Schmoldt, directors of Hope House, Incourage, the Two Rivers Ecumenical Pantry, and Painting Pathways Clubhouse, respectively, will join us or provide a representative to give us a window on the help they offer our neighbors, particularly at this very challenging time of year.
Michael Etheridge of the Haven, which the Fellowship also supports, addresses the Fellowship this Sunday, December 16.
Between these brief stories, we will join in song, accompanied on the piano by Hannah Stoltz, a student at Silverlake College. At the end of the service, each director will receive a check in the amount of our annual support.
